            3G Data Logger CL29 is recording device for collecting Pressure, Analog and Digital (Pulse) CL29 continuous recording to internal Flash Memory. Every record will indicate date and time. Data transfer to server via GPRS using 3G internet connection. Can view data simultaneously via Smart Phone, Tablet, PC.

            GPRS Data Logger CL27 is data logger for recording Analog and Digital (Totalize). Data will be sending to Server: MySQL, SQL Server (Centralized Data Logging System) (รายละเอียด) via internet by GPRS signal. Can view data simultaneously via Smart Phone, Tablet, PC.

            Analog Input can be choosing as 4-20mA, 0-100 mVdc, 1-5Vdc, 0-5Vdc, 0-10Vd. CL27 will continuously record all the data with stamping of date and time. CL27 can do remote configuration and Monitor. It can set alarm and send SMS to user once alarm has been occurred.

            Totalized Input such as Totalized of Flow meter, Kwh of power usage.

            Modbus Data Logger RC53 เป็นอุปกรณ์ที่ถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อทำหน้ารวบรวมข้อมูลจากอุปกรณ์ภาคสนาม (Field Devices) เช่น PLC, Power Meter, Flow Meter, Analog Module, RTU ฯลฯ ที่สื่อสารด้วยโปรโตคอล MODBUS RTU/ASCII/TCP โดยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลของอุปกรณ์ต่างๆไว้ในรูปของ “ป้ายข้อมูล (Data Tag)” คล้ายกับการทำงานของโปรแกรม SCADA และทำการบันทึกข้อมูลลงใน Memory Card (Micro SD) ซึ่งสามารถถอดได้เพื่อนำไปโหลดข้อมูลลงในเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์

            ข้อมูลที่ถูกบันทึกนั้นจะถูกจัดเก็บในรูปแบบของไฟล์สกุล csv ซึ่งสามารถนำมาแสดงผลในแบบตัวเลขหรือ Plot Trend Graph โดยใช้โปรแกรม Excel ซึ่งจะช่วยให้สะดวกในการนำข้อมูลไปทำการคำนวณเพิ่มเติมหรือจัดทำรายงาน

            3G Data Logger CL32 เป็นอุปกรณ์ที่ทำหน้าที่บันทึกข้อมูลค่าวัดต่างๆ CL32 สามารถวัดสัญญาณได้ทั้งแบบ Analog และ Digital (Pulse) โดย CL32 จะบันทึกค่าวัดอย่างต่อเนื่องลงใน Flash Memory และการบันทึกข้อมูลทุกครั้งจะมีเวลาและวันที่ในการบันทึกข้อมูลกำกับไว้และจะส่งข้อมูลที่บันทึกได้นั้นผ่านสัญญาณ GPRS เข้าสู่เครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต ไปยังเซิร์ฟเวอร์ (MySQL, SQL Server) ของระบบ Centralized Data Logging System สามารถดูข้อมูลพร้อมกันผ่านทาง Smart Phone, Tablet หรือ PC ได้

            Analog Input สามารถเลือกสัญญาณการวัดไม่ว่าจะเป็นสัญญาณ 4-20 mA, 0-100 mVDC, 1-5 VDC, 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC ที่มาจาก Transmitter หรือ Sensor Transmitter เป็นต้น

            Digital Input สามารถรับสัญญาณได้ทั้งแบบ Logic หรือ Counter โดยสัญญาณแบบ Logic จะแสดงสถานะการทำงาน “ON” หรือ “OFF” สำหรับสัญญาณแบบ Counter ของจำนวน Input Pulse เช่น บันทึกค่า Totalized ของ Flow หรือบันทึกค่า Kwh. ของการใช้ไฟฟ้า

            จากรูปที่ เป็นการแสดงระบบ Centralized Data Logging System ที่พัฒนามาจากระบบฐานข้อมูลบนเซอร์ฟเวอร์ทั่วไป ที่สามารถเข้าใจง่ายคือ CL32 จะส่งข้อมูลสัญญาณ GPRS เข้าสู่ระบบเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต ไปยังเซอร์ฟเวอร์ของระบบ และข้อมูลที่อยู่บนเซอร์ฟเวอร์นั้นสามารถเรียกดูหรือจัดการได้ทุกที่   ผ่านเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์, พีดีเอ, โทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่หรืออื่นๆ ที่สามารถเชื่อมต่อกับระบบอินเตอร์เน็ตได้

            กล่าวคือ Centralized Data Logging System เป็นระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูลบนเครือข่ายและเป็นระบบการจัดเก็บข้อมูลแบบรวมศูนย์ โดยนำเอาความสามารถของเซอร์ฟเวอร์และระบบอินเตอร์เน็ตมาใช้ โดยข้อมูลต่างๆ จะมารวมกันที่เซอร์ฟเวอร์ และใช้ระบบอินเตอร์เน็ตเป็นตัวกระจายข้อมูล ทำให้ง่ายต่อการจัดการและเข้าถึงได้ทุกที่ที่มีอินเตอร์เน็ต โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องมาดึงเอาข้อมูลที่ตัวอุปกรณ์
