            Ethernet Data Logger CL28 เป็นอุปกรณ์บันทึกข้อมูลทั้งแบบ Analog และ Totalize โดย    จะส่งข้อมูลที่บันทึกได้นั้นผ่านทาง ADSL Modem หรือ ADSL Router เข้าสู่เครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ตไปยังเซอร์ฟเวอร์ (MySQL, SQL Server) ของระบบ Centralized Data Logging System สามารถดูข้อมูลพร้อมกันผ่านทาง Smart Phone, Tablet หรือ PC ได้

 

            Analog Input สามารถเลือกสัญญาณการวัดไม่ว่าจะเป็นสัญญาณ 4-20mA, 0-100 mVdc,   1-5Vdc, 0-5Vdc, 0-10Vdc โดย CL28 จะบันทึกค่าวัดอย่างต่อเนื่องเก็บไว้ใน Memory โดยการบันทึกทุกครั้งจะมีเวลาและวันที่ในการบันทึกกำกับไว้ สามารถ Monitor ได้

 

            Totalized Input จะนับจำนวน Input Pulse แล้วเก็บบันทึกค่าที่นับตามช่วงเวลาที่ผู้ใช้กำหนดตัวอย่างการใช้งาน เช่น ใช้บันทึกค่า Totalized ของ Flow, บันทึกค่า Kwh. ของการใช้ไฟฟ้า

            จากรูป เป็นการแสดงระบบ Centralized Data Logging System ที่พัฒนามาจากระบบฐานข้อมูลบนเซอร์ฟเวอร์ทั่วไป ที่สามารถเข้าใจง่ายคือ CL28 จะส่งข้อมูลผ่านทาง ADSL Modem หรือ ADSL Router เข้าสู่ระบบเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ตไปยังเซอร์ฟเวอร์ของระบบ และข้อมูลที่อยู่ในเซอร์ฟเวอร์นั้นสามารถเรียกดูได้ทุกที่ ผ่านทางเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์, พีดีเอ, โทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่หรืออื่นๆ ที่สามารถเชื่อมต่อกับระบบอินเตอร์เน็ตได้

            กล่าวคือ Centralized Data Logging System เป็นระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูลบนเครือข่ายและเป็นระบบการจัดเก็บข้อมูลแบบรวมศูนย์ โดยนำเอาความสามารถของเซอร์ฟเวอร์และระบบอินเตอร์เน็ตมาใช้ โดยข้อมูลต่างๆจะมารวมกันที่เซอร์ฟเวอร์ และใช้ระบบอินเตอร์เน็ตเป็นตัวกระจายข้อมูล ทำให้ง่ายต่อการจัดการและเข้าถึงได้ทุกที่ที่มีอินเตอร์เน็ต โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องมาดึงเอาข้อมูลที่ตัวอุปกรณ์

            Data Logger ML24 เป็นอุปกรณ์ทำหน้าที่บันทึกข้อมูลขนาดเล็ก โดยสามารถรับสัญญาณค่าวัดอุณหภูมิจาก Pt100 Sensor ได้ 2 channels โดยข้อมูลนี้จะถูกบันทึกอย่างต่อเนื่องไว้ในหน่วยความจำภายในเครื่อง ซึ่งจะมีค่าวันและเวลาที่บันทึกไว้กำกับลงไปด้วย

            การอ่านข้อมูลที่บันทึกอยู่ในโมดูลทำได้โดยใช้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์เชื่อมต่อกับ ML24 ผ่านทาง RS-232 Port หรือ ผ่านทาง Modem โดยมี Software ช่วยในการอ่านข้อมูลเข้าคอมพิวเตอร์ ข้อมูลที่ได้จะนำมาแสดงผลบนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ ในแบบตัวเลขหรือนำมาแสดงในรูปแบบกราฟได้  ข้อมูลนี้สามารถนำไปใช้ในโปรแกรมบน Windows อื่นๆ เช่น MS Excel, MS Word ซึ่งช่วยให้สะดวกในการนำข้อมูลไปทำการคำนวณเพิ่มเติมหรือจัดทำรายงานได้อีกด้วย
