Distance Serial Connections

            RS-232/RS-485/RS-422 to Ethernet Converter RC33 is device for convert serial communication (RS232/RS485) to Ethernet without changing any software. RC33 is compatible with any software since it does not change protocol instead it using Ethernet Network to transfer data so there is no need to wiring a cable.

            There are three working mode of RC33
            - Direct IP Mode ตัว RC33 RC33 acting as TCP or UDP Server so other equipment the Lan Network can be connect to RC33 using remote IP address
            - Virtual COM Mode simulate COM Port using software to connect to RC33
            - Paired Mode Connecting 2 device which have serial port via Lan Network Simple as picture below

Galvanic Isolation

            RS-485/RS-422 Repeater RP23 is designed as a robust repeater for industrial applications where galvanic isolation is important. It can be used to extend both the distance and number of nodes on RS-485 (2-Wire) and RS-422 (4-Wire) network. Galvanic Isolation helps eliminate noise and protects equipment from destructive transients found in industrial application.

            RS-232 Optical Isolator RP22 is designed for isolates and protects RS-232 Equipment from lightning surges, accidental high-voltage short, and ground loop. RS-232 data signals TD, RD, RTS, and CTS are supported at up to 115.2 kbps. The RP22 provides 2500 V RMS of isolation between sides.

            Typical DTE devices include PCS, terminals, and printers. Typical DCE devices include modems and multiplexers. Most computer DTE ports are male and most DCE ports are female. If the RP22 inserted into a working system, it will only pass signals if inserted correctly. Therefore, if devices communicate with each other without the RP22 in the line, but not after it is installed, simply reverse the isolator using gender and reinstall.
