Modbus Line Alarm System AL200 It is a device designed to send notification messages (Alarm) to LINE Messaging API, Telegram, E-Mail or Wisserv (Database). When the measured value is greater than or less than the pre-programmed value, the user can program a notification message and image through various web browsers.

In case the alarm cannot be sent, which may be due to a network problem (Network Failed), the AL200 can hold the data of up to 100 alarms. When the network connection is re-established, the AL200 will automatically send the held alarm data.

AL200 reads values from devices communicating via Modbus Protocol ASCII/RTU (RS232/485) and Modbus TCP/IP (LAN, WiFi) such as PLC, Power Meter, Analog Module, RTU, etc.

AL200 can also send the collected data to other devices for further reading via the MODBUS TCP/IP protocol. It can also change the register address (Remappable MODBUS Register Address) by rearranging it as desired.

Modbus Line Alarm System AL200 เป็นอุปกรณ์ที่ถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อให้ส่งข้อความการแจ้งเตือน (Alarm) ไปยัง LINE Messaging API, Telegram, E-Mail หรือ Wisserv (Database) เมื่อค่าวัดมีค่า มากกว่าหรือต่ำกว่า ค่าที่กำหนดไว้ ซึ่งถูกโปรแกรมไว้ล่วงหน้า โดยผู้ใช้งานสามารถโปรแกรมข้อความการแจ้งเตือนและรูปภาพผ่านทางหน้าเว็บบราวเซอร์ต่างๆ

ในกรณีที่ไม่สามารถส่ง Alarm ได้นั้น ซึ่งอาจจะเกิดจากเครือข่ายมีปัญหา (Network Failed) AL200 สามารถพักข้อมูลการเกิด Alarm ได้สูงสุด 100 Alarm เมื่อเชื่อมต่อกับเครือข่ายได้อีกครั้ง AL200 จะทำการส่งข้อมูล Alarm ที่พักไว้โดยอัตโนมัติ

Alarm Annunciator AL3000 can control the alarm sequence of the alarm annunciator system. It can get 10 points of alarm signals and have output contact to control external alarm lamps for indicating the alarm status. If alarm is more than 10 points this module can be set to expand up to 32 units.

In many cases one alarm is caused by another and it is difficult to fine the first one, this is the reason why AL3000 should be installing. One alarm has been initiated LED will light up and the first alarm come with the quick flash and other will be slow flash. When alarm is come up Siren relay is “on” and it turn off by click “ACK” button while Alarm LED stops flashing, LED of alarm will turn off after problem have been fix and click “RESET” button.

Alarm Annunciator AL1000 can control the alarm sequence of the alarm annunciator system. It can get 10 points of alarm signals and have output contact to control external alarm lamps for indicating the alarm status. If alarm is more than 10 points this module can be set to expand up to 32 units.

In many cases one alarm is caused by another and it is difficult to fine the first one, this is the reason why AL1000 should be installing. One alarm has been initiated LED will light up and the first alarm come with the quick flash and other will be slow flash. When alarm is come up Siren relay is “on” and it turn off by click “ACK” button while Alarm LED stops flashing, LED of alarm will turn off after problem have been fix and click “RESET”

Alarm Annunciator AL3000 เป็นอุปกรณ์ตรวจจับ, แสดงผล และส่งสัญญาณเตือนเมื่อเกิด Alarm ในระบบ โดยทั่วไปแล้วในระบบควบคุมต่างๆจะมีการตรวจสอบค่าวัดต่างๆ เช่น อุณหภูมิ ความดัน ความเร็วของมอเตอร์ เป็นต้น เพื่อป้องกันความเสียหายที่จะเกิดขึ้นในระบบ ถ้าเกิดความผิดปกติขึ้นระบบตรวจสอบจะแจ้งเตือนให้ผู้ดูแลระบบทราบเพื่อที่จะทำการแก้ไขต่อไป

ในบางครั้ง Alarm ที่เกิดขึ้นที่จุดหนึ่งส่งผลให้จุดอื่นๆ เกิด Alarm ตามมาในเวลาที่ใกล้เคียงกัน เป็นการยากที่ผู้ดูแลจะตรวจหาต้นเหตุของความผิดพลาดที่เกิดขึ้น ด้วยเหตุนี้ AL3000 จึงถูกออกแบบให้ทำงานโดยเมื่อเกิด Alarm ขึ้น LED Alarm ของ Channel ที่เกิด Alarm เป็น Channel แรก จะกระพริบเร็ว (Quick Flash) ส่วน LED Alarm ของ Channel อื่นที่เกิด Alarm ตามมาจะกระพริบช้า (Slow Flash) และ Siren Relay จะ ON เมื่อเกิด Alarm ช่องใดช่องหนึ่งเกิดขึ้นและจะ OFF เมื่อกดปุ่ม “ACK” ที่เกิด Alarm หลอด LED Alarm จะติดสว่างค้างไว้จนกระทั่ง Alarm ถูกแก้ไขแล้วกดปุ่ม “RESET” LED Alarm จึงจะดับ

ในกรณีที่ระบบ Alarm ต้องใช้ Input มากกว่า 10 Channel AL3000 สามารถต่อพ่วงกันเพื่อขยายจำนวน Input Channel ได้
