Sensor Fail Detection

            Thermistor Trip Relay TM495 เป็นอุปกรณ์ป้องกันความเสียหายของอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า  เช่น Motor, Transformer เนื่องจากอุณหภูมิสูง (Over Temperature) โดยใช้ร่วมกับ Thermistor Sensor ชนิด PTC โดยคุณสมบัติของ PTC Sensor เมื่ออุณหภูมิต่ำกว่า Norminal Operating Temperature จะมีค่าความต้านทานต่ำ แต่เมื่ออุณหภูมิสูงเกินค่า Norminal Operating Temperature ความต้านทานของ PTC จะเปลี่ยนค่าสูงขึ้นอย่างมาก ซึ่ง PTC Sensor จะมีหลายแบบ ขึ้นกับค่า Norminal Operating Temperature ดังนั้นการเลือกแบบของ PTC Sensor จะเป็นตัวกำหนดอุณหภูมิที่จะให้ Relay ทำงาน โดย TM495 จะทำงานดังนี้

            เมื่ออุณหภูมิของ PTC อยู่ต่ำกว่า Norminal Operating Temperature (NOT) Relay K1 จะ “ON” แต่เมื่ออุณหภูมิสูงกว่า NOT Relay จะ “OFF” และเมื่ออุณหภูมิกลับลงมาต่ำกว่า NOT ถ้า TM495 อยู่ใน Mode Auto Reset Relay จะ “ON” แต่ถ้าอยู่ใน Mode Manual Reset จะต้อง  กดปุ่ม Reset Relay จึงจะ “ON” นอกจากนี้ถ้า PTC Sensor เกิด Short Circuit หรือ Open Circuit Relay ก็จะ “OFF”

            DC Alarm DA 95 เป็นอุปกรณ์ที่รับสัญญาณ Input Voltage หรือ Input current สามารถตั้งค่า Alarm setpoint ได้ 2 จุด ปุ่มปรับ Alarm setpoint เป็นแบบ Multiturn potentiometer ทำให้สามารถตั้งค่า Alarm setpoint ได้ละเอียด Alarm แต่ละชุดสามารถเลือกทำงานเป็น High alarm หรือ Low alarm ได้ นอกจากนี้ยังมี 24 VDC Power Supply สำหรับจ่ายให้อุปกรณ์ภายนอก เช่น 2-Wire Transmitter กล่องของ DA95 เป็น Module สำหรับเสียบกับ Socket 11 pins ทำให้สะดวกในการติดตั้งและถอดเปลี่ยน

วิธีตั้งค่า Setpoint และการทำงานของ DA95

            DA95 รับสัญญาณ input จากขั้ว +in และ -in นำมาเปรียบเทียบกับค่า Alarm setpoin (SET1, SET2) ในกรณีที่ตั้ง Alarm mode เป็น Low alarm เมื่อค่า input มีค่าต่ำกว่า Alarm setpoint relay จะ “ON” ในกรณีที่ตั้ง Alarm mode เป็น High alarm เมื่อค่า input มีค่าสูงกว่า Alarm setpoint จะ “ON”

การปรับ Zero และ Span

            ใช้ Digital voltmeter วัดที่จุด Testpoint "PV" (process value) โดยต่อขั้วลบของ Voltmeter ที่ Testpoint "COM" โดยกำหนดให้ค่า PV = 10 VDC เท่ากับ 100% ของ Input signal และ "PV" = 0 VDC เท่ากับ 0% ของ input signal

  1. ป้อนสัญญาณ Input 0% ปรับปุ่ม "Zero" ให้ Voltmeter อ่านค่าได้ 0 VDC
     
  2. ป้อนสัญญาณ Input 100% ปรับปุ่ม "Span" ให้ Voltmeter อ่านค่าได้ 10 VDC
     
  3. กลับไปทำการปรับตามข้อ 1 และ 2 ใหม่สลับกันไปจนกระทั่งค่า Zero และ Span ไม่เปลี่ยนแปลง (โดยปกติ Zero และ Span จะถูก Calibrate มาแล้วตาม Input rang ที่ระบุอยู่บน หน้าปัทม์)

การตั้ง Alarm setpoint

            DA95 สามารถตั้ง Alarm setpoint ได้ 2 จุด Testpoint SET1 และ SET2 เป็นจุดวัดค่า  Alarm setpoint โดยกำหนดให้ 10 VDC ท่ากับ 100% ของ Input และ 0 VDC เท่ากับ 0% ของ Input 1 ใช้ Digital Voltmeter วัดที่จุด "SET1" และ "SET2" โดยการต่อขั้วลบของ Voltmeter กับจุด "COM" ตัวอย่าง ต้องการตั้ง Alarm ที่ 60% ของ Input ต้องปรับ "SET"ไว้ที่ 6 VDC

            GSM Alarm RC38 เป็นอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้สำหรับการแจ้งเตือนเมื่อได้รับสัญญาณการเกิด Alarm จากภายนอก RC38 จะส่งข้อความแจ้งเตือนไปยังเบอร์โทรศัพท์ซึ่งถูกโปรแกรมไว้ล่วงหน้า การโปรแกรมข้อความและเบอร์โทรศัพท์สามารถโปรแกรมได้โดยผ่านทางเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ RC38 สามารถใช้งานได้ดังต่อไปนี้
            1. Analog Input Alarm สามารถตั้งค่า Alarm ได้ 2 ค่า คือ High-Alarm และ Low-Alarm เมื่อเกิด Alarm RC38 จะส่ง SMS ออกไป
            2. Digital Input Alarm สามารถเลือกให้ทำงานได้เป็น Counter-Mode หรือ Status-Mode
                2.1. Counter-Mode จะส่ง SMS ไปเมื่อ Counter นับค่าถึงค่า Setpoint ที่ตั้งไว้
                2.2. Status-Mode จะส่ง SMS ไปเมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง Digital Input
            3. Digital Output สามารถส่ง SMS มาควบคุมการ ON-OFF ของ Digital Output ได้
            4. Read Out สามารถส่ง SMS มาเพื่อทำการอ่านค่าวัดจาก RC38 ได้
