            Jet Pulser JP99 This device controls the opening and closing of air valves in a reverse-pulse dust collector system. It allows for programmable timing and can control up to 10 valve units.

• ON Timer Button Set a timeframe for Valve to complete the work. (90 to 200 msec)
• OFF Timer Button Set a duration for Valve to stop operating. (1 to 120 sec)
• Select Blow Down Cycles Button Set the number of operation cycles. (1 - 9 rounds)
• Select Valves Number Button Determine the number of valves required. (1 - 10 Channels)

            For example, Valve 1 operates for 200 ms and then pauses for 30 seconds. Subsequently, Valve 2 operates according to the "ON/OFF Timer" settings, continuing through the sequence of valves specified by the "Select Valves Number" setting before cycling back to Valve 1. This operation repeats continuously until a trigger signal is received at the Stop input (Short Circuit). Upon receiving this signal, the valves operate according to the "ON/OFF Timer" settings but only for the number of cycles specified by the "Select Blow Down Cycles" setting; operation then halts until the trigger signal is removed from the Stop input, at which point the machine resumes operation.

            Jet Pulser JP16 This device controls the opening and closing of air valves for the Reverse Pulse Dust Collector system. It allows for programmable timing and can control up to 16 valve units.

•  ON Timer button Set the valve operation time (90 to 200 ms).
•  OFF Timer button Set the duration for the valve to stop operating (1 to 120 sec).
•  Select Blow Down Cycles button Set the number of operating cycles (1 - 9 cycles).
•  Select Valves Number button Specify the number of valves required (1-16 channels).

            For example, Valve 1 operates for 200 ms and then pauses for 30 seconds. Subsequently, Valve 2 operates according to the “ON/OFF Timer” settings, continuing the sequence through the number of valves specified in the “Select Valves Number” setting before cycling back to Valve 1.            Server Controller SV95 This device controls the opening and closing position of a motorized valve, ensuring the valve's opening percentage corresponds to the received control signal. The Servo Controller SV95 accepts control signals-such as 4-20 mA or 0-10 VDC and outputs relay contact signals to command the motorized valve to rotate to the position dictated by the input signal.

            For example, within the 0-10 VDC control signal range, if the SV95 receives a 5 VDC signal, it will control the valve to open to the 50% position.

            Installation Recommendations

1. If the valve position cannot be controlled after applying the input signal-causing the valve to rotate to the fully open or fully closed position the feedback potentiometer connections are incorrect; swap the wires connected to terminals 4 and 5.
    
2. The Zero button is used to adjust the valve to the 0% position when the input signal is 0%.
    
3. The Span button is used to adjust the valve to the 100% position when the input signal is 100%
    
4. The Dead Band knob is used to adjust the system's sensitivity. If the motor oscillates continuously, increase the Dead Band setting by turning the knob clockwise until the oscillation stops.

            Zero Speed Relay SR95 receives input pulse from proximity sensor. If the ppulse come continuously the relay will deenergize (OFF). But if the pulse miss within the preset time(“DELAY”) the relay will energize(ON). SR95 is used to detect under speed of gear motor, conveyor or slow moving object on the production line.

            Jet Pulser JP16 เป็นอุปกรณ์ควบคุมการ ปิด - เปิด วาล์วลมของระบบทำความสะอาดถุงกำจัดฝุ่น (Reverse Pulse Dust Collector) สามารถตั้งเวลาการเปิดและปิดได้ ควบคุมวาล์วได้สูงสุด 16 ชุด

            Zero Speed Relay SR95 เป็นอุปกรณ์ที่รับสัญญาณ Pulse จาก Proximity Sensor ถ้าสัญญาณ Pulse มาอย่างต่อเนื่อง Relay ของ SR95 จะ “OFF” แต่ถ้าสัญญาณ Pulse ขาดหายไปนานกว่าช่วงเวลาที่ตั้งไว้ Relay SR95 จะ “ON” Zero Speed Relay SR95 มีประโยชน์ในการตรวจจับว่า Motor หยุดหมุน, ความเร็วลดลง, สานพานขาดหรือชิ้นงานในสายการผลิตขาดหายไป ปุ่มปรับค่าของ SR95 มีหน้าที่ ดังต่อไปนี้

• Start Delay ปรับค่าหน่วงเวลาเมื่อเริ่ม Start ระบบไม่ให้ Relay ทำงานปรับได้ 0-30 วินาที (เวลาเริ่ม Start นับจากเมื่อเริ่มจ่าย Supply ให้ SR95
   
• Delay ตั้งหน่วยเวลาที่สัญญาณ Pulse ขาดหายไปถ้า Pulse ไม่มาต่อเนื่องภายในช่วงเวลา Delay ที่ตั้งไว้ Relay จะ “ON”
   
• Reset เป็นปุ่มกด Reset ให้ Relay “OFF” ให้ Mode Manual Reset

           Server Controller SV95 เป็นอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ควบคุมตำแหน่งการ เปิด-ปิด ของวาล์วแบบมอเตอร์เพื่อให้เปอร์เซ็นต์ การเปิดของวาล์วสัมพันธ์กับสัญญาณควบคุมที่ส่งมา โดย Servo Controller SV95 รับสัญญาณควบคุม เช่น 4-20 mA, 010 VDC SV95 จะส่งสัญญาณเป็น Relay Contact ไปสั่งให้วาล์วแบบมอเตอร์หมุนไปยังตำแหน่งตามเปอร์เซ็นต์ของสัญญาณควบคุมที่ได้รับ

            ตัวอย่างเช่น ใน Range สัญญาณควบคุม 0 -10 VDC ถ้า SV95 ได้รับสัญญาณ 5VDC  SV95 จะควบคุมให้วาล์วเปิดที่ตำแหน่ง 50% เป็นต้น

            ข้อแนะนำในการติดตั้ง

1. ถ้าป้อนสัญญาณ Input แล้วไม่สามารถควบคุมตำแหน่งของวาล์วได้ โดยวาล์วหมุนไปตำแหน่ง เปิดหรือปิดสุดด้านใดด้านหนึ่ง แสดงว่าขั้ว Feedback Pot. ไม่ถูกต้องให้สลับสายระหว่างขั้ว 4 และ 5
    
2. ปุ่ม Zero ใช้ปรับให้วาล์วอยู่ที่ตำแหน่ง 0% เมื่อสัญญาณ Input 0%
    
3. ปุ่ม Span ใช้ปรับให้วาล์วอยู่ที่ตำแหน่ง 100% เมื่อสัญญาณ Input 100%
    
4. ปุ่ม Dead Band ใช้ปรับ Sensitivity ของระบบ ถ้ามอเตอร์มีอาการหมุนไปมาตลอดเวลา (Oscillate) ให้ปรับเพิ่ม Dead Band โดยหมุนปุ่ม Dead Band ตามเข็มนาฬิกา จนมอเตอร์หยุด Oscillate
