JP99: Jet Pulser

            Jet Pulser JP99 This device controls the opening and closing of air valves in a reverse-pulse dust collector system. It allows for programmable timing and can control up to 10 valve units.

• ON Timer Button Set a timeframe for Valve to complete the work. (90 to 200 msec)
• OFF Timer Button Set a duration for Valve to stop operating. (1 to 120 sec)
• Select Blow Down Cycles Button Set the number of operation cycles. (1 - 9 rounds)
• Select Valves Number Button Determine the number of valves required. (1 - 10 Channels)

            For example, Valve 1 operates for 200 ms and then pauses for 30 seconds. Subsequently, Valve 2 operates according to the "ON/OFF Timer" settings, continuing through the sequence of valves specified by the "Select Valves Number" setting before cycling back to Valve 1. This operation repeats continuously until a trigger signal is received at the Stop input (Short Circuit). Upon receiving this signal, the valves operate according to the "ON/OFF Timer" settings but only for the number of cycles specified by the "Select Blow Down Cycles" setting; operation then halts until the trigger signal is removed from the Stop input, at which point the machine resumes operation.
