SV95: Servo Controller

           Server Controller SV95 This device controls the opening and closing position of a motorized valve, ensuring the valve's opening percentage corresponds to the received control signal. The Servo Controller SV95 accepts control signals-such as 4-20 mA or 0-10 VDC and outputs relay contact signals to command the motorized valve to rotate to the position dictated by the input signal.

            For example, within the 0-10 VDC control signal range, if the SV95 receives a 5 VDC signal, it will control the valve to open to the 50% position.

            Installation Recommendations

1. If the valve position cannot be controlled after applying the input signal-causing the valve to rotate to the fully open or fully closed position the feedback potentiometer connections are incorrect; swap the wires connected to terminals 4 and 5.
    
2. The Zero button is used to adjust the valve to the 0% position when the input signal is 0%.
    
3. The Span button is used to adjust the valve to the 100% position when the input signal is 100%
    
4. The Dead Band knob is used to adjust the system's sensitivity. If the motor oscillates continuously, increase the Dead Band setting by turning the knob clockwise until the oscillation stops.
