JP16: Jet Pulser

            Jet Pulser JP16 This device controls the opening and closing of air valves for the Reverse Pulse Dust Collector system. It allows for programmable timing and can control up to 16 valve units.

•  ON Timer button Set the valve operation time (90 to 200 ms).
•  OFF Timer button Set the duration for the valve to stop operating (1 to 120 sec).
•  Select Blow Down Cycles button Set the number of operating cycles (1 - 9 cycles).
•  Select Valves Number button Specify the number of valves required (1-16 channels).

            For example, Valve 1 operates for 200 ms and then pauses for 30 seconds. Subsequently, Valve 2 operates according to the “ON/OFF Timer” settings, continuing the sequence through the number of valves specified in the “Select Valves Number” setting before cycling back to Valve 1. This operation repeats continuously until a trigger signal is received at the Stop input (Short Circuit). Upon receiving this signal, the valves operate according to the “ON/OFF Timer” settings but only for the number of cycles specified in “Select Blow Down Cycles,” after which they stop; operation resumes only after the trigger signal is removed from the Stop input.
