            Big Digital Remote Display DP61 เป็นอุปกรณ์แสดงผลด้วย LED 7-Segment โดยรับค่าจากอุปกรณ์ต่างผ่านทางพอร์ต Ethernet (LAN) หรือ WiFi (Wireless LAN) โดยอาศัยโปรโตคอล MODBUS TCP/IP ในการสื่อสาร
            DP61 จะมีโหมดการทำงาน 2 โหมด ดังนี้
1. Server Mode DP61 จะทำตัวเป็น Modbus TCP Server รอการเชื่อมต่อจากอุปกรณ์ที่เป็น Client เช่น อุปกรณ์ PLC, HMI หรือ โปรแกรมบนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์
2. Client Mode DP61 จะทำตัวเป็น Modbus TCP Client ทำการเชื่อมต่อไปยังอุปกรณ์ปลายทางที่เป็น Modbus TCP Server เช่น Power Meter, Flow Meter, Modbus I/O ฯลฯ

            Big Temperature Indicator TI49 TI49 is big temperature display which can been easily seen from 50 meter away. Ti49 can connect to both thermocouple or RTD (Specify when order). TI49 have two alarm set point with output relay contact

 

วิธีการ Set Digital Display

            เปิดแผ่นหน้าปัทม์ด้านหน้าออก จะเห็นปุ่มปรับ “ZERO” และ “SPAN” เรียงอยู่ตามรูปข้างบน

  1. ป้อนสัญญาณ Input ที่ 0% ของ Input Range ปรับปุ่ม Zero ให้ Display แสดงค่าอุณหภูมิต่ำสุดของ Input Range

  2. ป้อนสัญญาณ Input ที่ 100% ของ Input Range ปรับปุ่ม Span ให้ Display แสดงค่าอุณหภูมิสูงสุดของ Input Range

  3. กลับไปทำข้อ 1 และ 2 ใหม่สลับกันไป จนกระทั้งสามารถ แสดงค่าอุณหภูมิได้ตาม Input Range

 

วิธีการ Set Alarm

  1. การเลือก Alarm Mode ให้เป็น High Alarm หรือ Low Alarm ทำโดยการ Set Jumper ของ AL1 และ AL2 ตามรูป

  2. การตั้งค่า Alarm Setpoint กดปุ่ม “SET” ที่หน้าปัทม์ด้านหน้า กดค้างไว้จอ Display จะแสดงค่าของ Alarm Setpoint ให้ใช้ไขควงปรับปุ่ม Alarm Setpoint ที่อยู่ใต้ปุ่ม “SET” ให้ได้ค่า Alarm Setpoint ที่ต้องการ (“SET1” สำหรับปรับค่า Alarm AL1 และ “SET2” สำหรับปรับค่า Alarm AL2)

            Big Process Indicator DP49 is a Big Display with 100mm height. It would be able to clearly see from 50 meter far distance. There are types of standard signal input current or voltage, scalable display with maximum of “1999”. DP49 has two alarm set-points with reply as standard function. DP49 is coming with 24VDC power supply for 2-Wire Transmitter

Set Digital Display

Open the plastic cover and you will see as show in above picture

  1. Simulate the Input signal at 0 % of Input Range adjust the “Zero” until the display show desired value (there is jumper for select adjust mode as rough or dedicated)

  2. Simulate the Input signal at 100 % of Input Range adjust the “Span” until the display show desired value
  3. Repeat 1 and 2 until getting desired value for min and max of range
  4. There is jumper for setting decimal point

 

How to Set Alarm

  1. Select Alarm Mode for High Alarm or Low Alarm by using jumper as shown in diagram
  2. To set alarm set-point push “SET” button and hold then adjust volume which locate under set button until getting desired value (“SET1” is for setting Alarm AL1 “SET2” is for setting Alarm AL2)

            Big Temperature Indicator TI49 เป็นอุปกรณ์ ที่แสดงค่าอุณหภูมิเป็นตัวเลขขนาดใหญ่ สามารถมองเห็นจากระยะ 50 เมตร สามารถต่อกับ Sensor ชนิด Thermocouple หรือ RTD ได้ สามารถตั้ง Alarm setpoint ได้ 2 จุด โดยมี Output เป็น Relay contact ปุ่มปรับ ตั้งค่า Alarm เป็น Multiturn potentiometer ทำให้สามารถ ตั้งค่า Alarm setpoint ได้ละเอียด Alarm แต่ละชุดสามารถเลือกให้ทำงานเป็น High alarm หรือ Low alarm ได้

 

วิธีการ Set Digital Display

            เปิดแผ่นหน้าปัทม์ด้านหน้าออก จะเห็นปุ่มปรับ “ZERO” และ “SPAN” เรียงอยู่ตามรูปข้างบน

            Big Process Indicator DP49 มี Display ตัวเลขขนาดใหญ่ สามารถมองเห็นจากระยะ 50 เมตร โดยจะรับสัญญาณ Standard Current หรือ Voltage มาแสดงค่าเป็นตัวเลข Scale ของการแสดงผลสามารถปรับให้แสดงค่าตาม Scale ที่จะใช้งาน DP49 สามารถตั้ง Alarm Setpoint ได้ 2 จุดโดยมี Output เป็น Relay Contact ปุ่มปรับ Alarm Setpoint เป็น Multiturn Potentiometer ทำให้สามารถ ตั้งค่า Alarm Setpoint ได้ละเอียด Alarm แต่ละชุดสามารถเลือกให้ทำงานเป็น High Alarm หรือ Low Alarm ได้ นอกจากนี้ยังมี 24 VDC Power Supply สำหรับจ่ายให้อุปกรณ์ภายนอก เช่น 2-Wire Transmitter ได้หลายระบบ เช่น Thermocouple, RTD หรือ Voltage เป็นต้น

 

วิธีการ Set Digital Display

เปิดแผ่นหน้าปัทม์ด้านหน้าออก จะเห็นปุ่มปรับเรียงอยู่ตามรูปข้างบน

  1. ป้อนสัญญาณ Input ที่ 0% ของ Input Range ปรับปุ่ม Zero ให้ Display แสดงค่าที่ต้องการ (ถ้าไม่สามารถปรับได้ ให้เปลี่ยนตำแหน่งของ “Zero Jumper” ไปที่ตำแหน่ง + หรือ – )

  2. ป้อนสัญญาณ Input ที่ 100% ของ Input Range ปรับปุ่ม Span ให้ Display แสดงค่าที่ต้องการ

  3. กลับไปทำข้อ 1 และ 2 ใหม่สลับกันไป จนกระทั้งสามารถ แสดงค่าที่ต้องการได้

  4. ตำแหน่งของจุดทศนิยม สามารถ Set ได้โดยเปลี่ยนตำแหน่ง Jumper

 

วิธีการ Set Alarm

  1. การเลือก Alarm Mode ให้เป็น High Alarm หรือ Low Alarm ทำโดยการ Set Jumper ของ AL1 และ AL2 ตามรูป

  2. การตั้งค่า Alarm Setpoint กดปุ่ม “SET” ที่หน้าปัทม์ด้านหน้า กดค้างไว้จอ Display จะแสดงค่าของ Alarm Setpoint ให้ใช้ไขควงปรับปุ่ม Alarm Setpoint ที่อยู่ใต้ปุ่ม “SET” ให้ได้ค่า Alarm Setpoint ที่ต้องการ (“SET1” สำหรับปรับค่า Alarm AL1 และ “SET2” สำหรับปรับค่า Alarm AL2)

            Big Process Indicator DP50 เป็นอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้สำหรับแสดงค่าวัดเป็นตัวเลขขนาดใหญ่ สามารถรับ Input ได้หลายชนิด เช่น
