Monitoring - 4 Channels Analog Input - 2 Channels Totalizer - Ethernet Data Transfer - Centralize data logger (Logger on common SQL Database: MySQL, SQL Server) - Flash memory 1 MByte |
Ethernet Data Logger CL28 This device records both analog and totalized data, transmitting the recorded information via an ADSL modem or router over the internet to the Centralized Data Logging System's servers (MySQL, SQL Server). The data can be viewed simultaneously on smartphones, tablets, or PCs.
Analog Input Selectable measurement signals include 4-20 mA, 0-100 mVDC, 1-5 VDC, 0-5 VDC, and 0-10 VDC. The CL28 continuously records measurements to its memory, with each entry timestamped with the date and time; real-time monitoring is also supported.
Totalized Input It counts input pulses and records the count values at user-defined intervals; examples of applications include recording totalized flow values or electricity consumption in kWh.

Centralized Data Logging System

Show an overview of the Centralized Data Logging System.
The diagram illustrates a Centralized Data Logging System evolved from a standard server-based database system. Simply put, the CL28 transmits data via an ADSL modem or router over the internet to the system's server; the data stored on the server can then be accessed from anywhere using a computer, PDA, mobile phone, or any other internet-enabled device.
In essence, a Centralized Data Logging System is a network-based, centralized data storage solution that leverages server capabilities and the Internet. Data is aggregated at a central server and distributed via the Internet, facilitating easy management and remote access from any location with connectivity, thereby eliminating the need to physically retrieve data directly from the devices themselves.
