             Notify Alarm System AL100 เมื่อได้รับสัญญาณการเกิด Alarm จากภายนอกผ่านทาง Digital Input AL100 จะส่งข้อความแจ้งเตือนไปยัง LINE Group หรือ E-Mail ซึ่งถูกโปรแกรมไว้ล่วงหน้า การโปรแกรมข้อความการแจ้งเตือนผู้ใช้สามารถโปรแกรมเองได้ผ่านทางหน้าเว็บบราวเซอร์

            AL100 สามารถรับสัญญาณ Digital การเกิด Alarm ได้จากอุปกรณ์หลายแบบ เช่น PLC, Contact Switch, Proximity Sensor ในกรณีที่ไม่สามารถเชื่อมต่อกับระบบ Network ได้นั้น AL100 สามารถพักข้อมูลการเกิด Alarm ได้ 100 Alarm เมื่อเชื่อมต่อกับระบบ Network ได้อีกครั้ง AL100 จะทำการส่งข้อมูล Alarm ที่พักไว้ไปยัง LINE Group, E-Mail และ Database โดยอัตโนมัติ

            Alarm Annunciator AL3000 can control the alarm sequence of the alarm annunciator system. It can get 10 points of alarm signals and have output contact to control external alarm lamps for indicating the alarm status. If alarm is more than 10 points this module can be set to expand up to 32 units.

            In many cases one alarm is caused by another and it is difficult to fine the first one, this is the reason why AL3000 should be installing. One alarm has been initiated LED will light up and the first alarm come with the quick flash and other will be slow flash. When alarm is come up Siren relay is “on” and it turn off by click “ACK” button while Alarm LED stops flashing, LED of alarm will turn off after problem have been fix and click “RESET” button.

            Alarm Annunciator AL3000 เป็นอุปกรณ์ตรวจจับ, แสดงผล และส่งสัญญาณเตือนเมื่อเกิด Alarm ในระบบ โดยทั่วไปแล้วในระบบควบคุมต่างๆจะมีการตรวจสอบค่าวัดต่างๆ เช่น อุณหภูมิ ความดัน ความเร็วของมอเตอร์ เป็นต้น เพื่อป้องกันความเสียหายที่จะเกิดขึ้นในระบบ ถ้าเกิดความผิดปกติขึ้นระบบตรวจสอบจะแจ้งเตือนให้ผู้ดูแลระบบทราบเพื่อที่จะทำการแก้ไขต่อไป

            ในบางครั้ง Alarm ที่เกิดขึ้นที่จุดหนึ่งส่งผลให้จุดอื่นๆ เกิด Alarm ตามมาในเวลาที่ใกล้เคียงกัน เป็นการยากที่ผู้ดูแลจะตรวจหาต้นเหตุของความผิดพลาดที่เกิดขึ้น ด้วยเหตุนี้  AL3000 จึงถูกออกแบบให้ทำงานโดยเมื่อเกิด Alarm ขึ้น LED Alarm ของ Channel ที่เกิด Alarm เป็น Channel แรก     จะกระพริบเร็ว (Quick Flash)  ส่วน LED Alarm ของ Channel อื่นที่เกิด Alarm ตามมาจะกระพริบช้า (Slow Flash) และ Siren Relay จะ ON เมื่อเกิด Alarm ช่องใดช่องหนึ่งเกิดขึ้นและจะ OFF เมื่อกดปุ่ม “ACK” ที่เกิด Alarm หลอด LED Alarm จะติดสว่างค้างไว้จนกระทั่ง Alarm ถูกแก้ไขแล้วกดปุ่ม “RESET”  LED Alarm จึงจะดับ

            ในกรณีที่ระบบ Alarm ต้องใช้ Input มากกว่า 10 Channel AL3000 สามารถต่อพ่วงกันเพื่อขยายจำนวน Input Channel ได้

            ในบางครั้ง Alarm ที่เกิดขึ้นที่จุดหนึ่งส่งผลให้จุดอื่นๆ เกิด Alarm ตามมาในเวลาที่ใกล้เคียงกัน เป็นการยากที่ผู้ดูแลจะตรวจหาต้นเหตุของความผิดพลาดที่เกิดขึ้น ด้วยเหตุนี้  AL2000 จึงถูกออกแบบให้ทำงานโดยเมื่อเกิด Alarm ขึ้น LED Alarm ของ Channel ที่เกิด Alarm เป็น Channel แรก จะกระพริบเร็ว (Quick Flash) ส่วน LED Alarm ของ Channel อื่นที่เกิด Alarm ตามมาจะกระพริบช้า (Slow Flash) และ Siren Relay จะ ON เมื่อเกิด Alarm ช่องใดช่องหนึ่งเกิดขึ้นและ จะ OFF เมื่อกดปุ่ม “Reset” ที่หลอด LED Alarm จะติดสว่างค้างไว้จนกระทั่ง Alarm ถูกแก้ไข  LED Alarm จึงจะดับ

            กรณีที่ระบบ Alarm ต้องใช้ Input มากกว่า 10 Channel AL2000 สามารถต่อพ่วงกันเพื่อขยายจำนวน Input Channel ได้

            AL1000 เป็นอุปกรณ์ตรวจจับ, แสดงผล และส่งสัญญาณเตือนเมื่อเกิด Alarm ในระบบ โดยทั่วไปแล้วในระบบควบคุมต่างๆจะมีการตรวจสอบค่าวัดต่างๆ เช่น อุณหภูมิ, ความดัน, ความเร็วของมอเตอร์ เป็นต้น เพื่อป้องกันความเสียหายที่จะเกิดขึ้นในระบบ ถ้าเกิดความผิดปกติขึ้นระบบตรวจสอบจะแจ้งเตือนให้ผู้ดูแลระบบทราบเพื่อที่จะทำการแก้ไขต่อไป

            Thermistor Trip Relay TM395 เป็นอุปกรณ์ป้องกันความเสียหายของอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า  เช่น Motor, Transformer เนื่องจากอุณหภูมิสูง (Over Temperature) โดยใช้ร่วมกับ Thermistor Sensor ชนิด PTC โดยคุณสมบัติของ PTC Sensor เมื่ออุณหภูมิต่ำกว่า Norminal operating Temperature จะมีค่าความต้านทานต่ำ และเมื่ออุณหภูมิสูงเกินค่า Norminal operating Temperature ความต้านทานของ PTC จะเปลี่ยนค่าสูงขึ้นอย่างมาก ซึ่ง PTC Sensor จะมีหลายแบบ ขึ้นกับค่า Norminal operating Temperature ดังนั้นการเลือกแบบของ PTC Sensor จะเป็นตัวกำหนดอุณหภูมิที่จะให้ Relay ทำงาน TM395 สามารถใช้กับ PTC ได้ 2 ชุด โดยมีการทำงานดังนี้

  1. เมื่ออุณหภูมิของ PTC1 อยู่ต่ำกว่า Norminal operating Temperature Relay K1 จะ “ON” แต่เมื่ออุณหภูมิสูงกว่า NOT Relay จะ “OFF” และเมื่ออุณหภูมิกลับลงมาต่ำกว่า NOT ถ้า TM395 อยู่ใน Mode Auto Reset Relay จะ “ON” แต่ถ้าอยู่ใน Mode Manual Reset จะต้องกดปุ่ม Reset Relay จึงจะ “ON” นอกจากนี้ ถ้า PTC Sensor เกิด Short Circuit หรือ Open Circuit Relay ก็จะ “OFF”
     
  2. เมื่ออุณหภูมิของ PTC2 มีค่าต่ำกว่า Norminal operating Temperature Relay K2 จะ “OFF” เมื่อ PTC2 มีค่าอุณหภูมิสูงกว่า Norminal operating Temperature Relay K2 จะ “ON” และเมื่ออุณหภูมิกลับลงมาต่ำกว่า NOT Relay K2 จะ “OFF” แต่ Relay K2 สามารถตั้งหน่วงเวลาการ “OFF” ได้ ถ้า Relay K2 ถูก Set ให้ทำงานแบบหน่วงเวลา Relay K2 จะยังไม่ “OFF” จนกระทั่งถึงเวลาที่ตั้งหน่วงเวลาไว้ (เลือกได้ 5, 10, 20 นาที) ทั้งนี้ Relay K2 เหมาะสำหรับต่อเข้ากับระบบ Alarm หรือต่อเข้ากับพัดลม ระบายความร้อน
