           Data Logger ML23 เป็นอุปกรณ์ทำหน้าที่บันทึกข้อมูลขนาดเล็ก โดยสามารถรับสัญญาณค่าวัดอุณหภูมิจาก Thermocouple Sensor ได้ 2 channels โดยข้อมูลนี้จะถูกบันทึกอย่างต่อเนื่องไว้ในหน่วยความจำภายในเครื่อง ซึ่งจะมีค่าวันและเวลาที่บันทึกไว้กำกับลงไปด้วย

           การอ่านข้อมูลที่บันทึกอยู่ใน ML23 ทำได้โดยใช้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์เชื่อมต่อกับ ML23 ผ่านทาง RS-232 Port หรือ ผ่านทาง Modem โดยมีโปรแกรมช่วยในการอ่านข้อมูลเข้าคอมพิวเตอร์ ข้อมูลที่ได้จะนำมาแสดงผลบนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ ในแบบตัวเลขหรือนำมาแสดงในรูปแบบกราฟได้ ข้อมูลนี้สามารถนำไปใช้ในโปรแกรมบน Windows อื่นๆ เช่น MS Excel, MS Word ซึ่งช่วยให้สะดวกในการนำข้อมูลไปทำการคำนวณเพิ่มเติมหรือจัดทำรายงานได้อีกด้วย

           3G Data Logger CL29 เป็นอุปกรณ์ที่ทำหน้าที่บันทึกข้อมูลค่าวัดต่างๆ CL29 สามารถวัดสัญญาณได้ทั้งแบบ Pressure, Analog และ Digital (Pulse) โดย CL29 จะบันทึกค่าวัดอย่างต่อเนื่องลงใน Flash Memory และการบันทึกข้อมูลทุกครั้งจะมีเวลาและวันที่ในการบันทึกข้อมูลกำกับไว้และจะส่งข้อมูลที่บันทึกได้นั้นผ่านสัญญาณ GPRS เข้าสู่เครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต ไปยังเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของระบบ Centralized Data Logging System สามารถดูข้อมูลพร้อมกันผ่านทาง Smart Phone, Tablet หรือ PC ได้

           Pressure Input สามารถเลือกช่วงการวัดได้ไม่ว่าจะเป็น 0-10 Bar

           ตัวอย่างการใช้งานของ Pressure

           ระบบจ่ายลม บันทึกข้อมูลในระบบเพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์ในการประหยัดพลังงาน

           ระบบจ่ายน้ำประปา บันทึกข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อหาปริมาณน้ำสูญเสีย

           Analog Input สามารถเลือกสัญญาณการวัดไม่ว่าจะเป็นสัญญาณ 4-20 mA, 0-100 mVdc, 1-5 Vdc, 0-5 Vdc, 0-10 Vdc ที่มาจาก Transmitter หรือ Sensor Transmitter เป็นต้น

           Digital Input สามารถรับสัญญาณได้ทั้งแบบ Logic หรือ Counter โดยสัญญาณแบบ Logic จะแสดงสถานะการทำงาน “ON” หรือ “OFF” สำหรับสัญญาณแบบ Counter ของจำนวน Input Pulse เช่น บันทึกค่า Totalized ของ Flow หรือบันทึกค่า Kwh. ของการใช้ไฟฟ้า

           จากรูปที่ เป็นการแสดงระบบ Centralized Data Logging System ที่พัฒนามาจากระบบฐานข้อมูลบนเซอร์ฟเวอร์ทั่วไป ที่สามารถเข้าใจง่ายคือ CL29 จะส่งข้อมูลสัญญาณ GPRS เข้าสู่ระบบเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต ไปยังเซอร์ฟเวอร์ของระบบ และข้อมูลที่อยู่บนเซอร์ฟเวอร์นั้นสามารถเรียกดูหรือจัดการได้ทุกที่ ผ่านเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์, พีดีเอ, โทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่หรืออื่นๆ ที่สามารถเชื่อมต่อกับระบบอินเตอร์เน็ตได้

           กล่าวคือ Centralized Data Logging System เป็นระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูลบนเครือข่ายและเป็นระบบการจัดเก็บข้อมูลแบบรวมศูนย์ โดยนำเอาความสามารถของเซอร์ฟเวอร์และระบบอินเตอร์เน็ตมาใช้ โดยข้อมูลต่างๆ จะมารวมกันที่เซอร์ฟเวอร์ และใช้ระบบอินเตอร์เน็ตเป็นตัวกระจายข้อมูล ทำให้ง่ายต่อการจัดการและเข้าถึงได้ทุกที่ที่มีอินเตอร์เน็ต โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องมาดึงเอาข้อมูลที่ตัวอุปกรณ์
